(Karen Wall/Patch)LAKEWOOD, NJ — An arrow that pierced the door of a Lakewood home appears to be an accident, Lakewood police said Thursday. The arrow was discovered about 10:30 p.m. Monday by the resident, Capt. Gregory Staffordsmith said. The Lakewood Scoop reported the resident had been out for a few hours and found the arrow upon returning home.Staffordsmith said the initial investigation determined the arrow most likely had been fired from a crossbow.
